Infrastructure Works to open up a development site to allow the freehold sale of development plots for residential and commercial opportunities. Works included; significant earthworks to create plateaus, culverting of a watercourse, capping of a mine shaft and off-site highway improvements to create new junctions; Joint Venture with Private Developer Client and Carmarthenshire County Council.
