MAW Consulting Limited are acting for Mumbles Group, to provide Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent Services on the development of approximately 10,475 sq ft of new build retail space. Comprising 6Nr units ranging in size from 4,000 to 1,000 sq ft, on the edge of a new residential development in Rawmarsh, Rotherham. The project has detailed planning and is currently in the procurement stage with a start on site expected in 3^rd Qtr 2020.
