PLOT 1000, OLDHAM: NEW DISTRIBUTION UNIT – WORK UNDERWAY

Work has commenced on site with the construction of a new 366,000sqft distribution Unit with associated offices for Rula Developments. Start on site was made in early September 2021 with the objective of progressing the groundworks before the worst of the winter arrives, the project is due to complete in summer 2022.
