ARBOR LIVING – BURTON WATERS LAKESHORE PHASE 4 – COMMENCES

Arbor Living have commenced work on phase 4 of this prestigious over 55’s development of 13Nr highly insulated, traditionally built bungalows, with an EPC rating of ‘B’, situated on the banks of the Fossdyke, in Lincoln. This phase consists of all infrastructure works and 13Nr substructures with 6Nr fully completed homes and is due for completion of the end of 2022. Arbor Living have options for adding additional plots if sales exceed expectations. Belvin Construction Limited are appointed as principal contractor. The good weather in January has meant that a good start was made, with the cut and fill virtually complete in the first month, and the main access road formed and stoned up to formation and the estate road excavation commencing. The first substructures will be commence by mid-February 2022.
