MAW have been appointed to provide consultancy Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services for Banks Homes Limited on their forthcoming development at West Rainton, County Durham.
Banks Homes intention is to focus on sites of all sizes across Northeast England and Yorkshire, with West Rainton being one of the first sites to be brought forward with works due to start on site in autumn 2023.
MAW were selected because of their experience of the residential market sector.
