The refurbishment of the existing Print Hall at the Former Telegraph and Argus building has been completed. The Existing Glass Main Print Hall has undergone an internal facelift to provide a fantastic new bright Hall with first floor mezzanine for prospective tenants. The building now has it’s own dedicated entrance accessed from a newly formed external terrace area with ramp and steps on to Hall Ings created from high quality Ashlar Stone.
